Central Heating Installations
The installation a central heating system does not need to be a stressful process, the most important part of the entire project is getting the right advice from a highly qualified person. Before carrying out any works we always conduct a survey and establish the needs of you and your home. Once we know what you need, then we provide you with a system that is safe, energy efficient, and best suits you.
The day of installation is often a nerve racking experience for the home owner. When you work with Bouchard & Jones there is no need to worry, all of our teams carry identity, are highly qualified and the most important thing is that they are house proud. All the work they complete is is done so in a clean and respectable manner.
If ever you are in doubt about anything our office support team are there to help you. All of our installations are guaranteed and if you need us to visit you to carry out any maintenance during this period we are more than happy to do so, it may even be a little advice over the phone to rectify any problems we don't mind talking you through any issues that may arise.
Maintenance & Repairs
We install a variety of systems by the best manufacturers on the market. Our maintenance and repair contracts are simple and straight forward. We are approved by the major manufacturers and therefore we can carry out maintenance generally without having to call the manufacturer to rectify any faults. One visit and your problems can be rectified.
We operate within the social housing as the maintenance contractor for central heating systems. For private home owners we offer a maintenance period following installations and we also offer an aftercare maintenance package. Please feel free to call the office to discuss this to keep your system safe and give you peace of mind that we are just a phone call away if you need us at any time.
Gas & Electrical Compliance
All of our installations are compliant with the latest standards and regulations set out by NICEIC and Gas Safe. If you are unsure as to whether your installation is compliant please feel free to contact us and we can arrange for a survey to be carried out.
Gas Audit
Auditing services is an aspect of the industry that is growing rapidly. Registered Social Landlords and associations are finding that there is a need to check the work being carried out by contractors. We check the work carried out during services ensure that it is accurate and therefore that the tenant and the landlord are safe. This service is also of benefit to the contractors that we are checking as it allows them to identify training requirements of the engineers and provide praise to excelling individuals from an independent audit.
Bouchard & Jones are Gas Safe registered. The register exists to protect you, your family, and your property from dangerous gas work.
By law, anyone carrying out work on gas installations and appliances in your home must be on the Gas Safe Register. Be gas safe - always use a Gas Safe registered engineer. Always ask to see their Gas Safe Register ID Card. All of our engineers carry their card at all times.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPSc)
We are proud to now be offering Energy Performance Certificates (EPC). Energy Performance Certificates are in place to improve the energy efficiency of buildings. Any home that is being bought or sold needs a certificate by law. Even if you a responsible for renting a home you still need an EPC. The certificate provides ratings from A - G with A being the most efficient and G being the least efficient.
We are an accredited producer of EPC's and our certificates are accompanied by a report of suggested improvements to make the building more efficient. Prices starting as low as £50 plus VAT for an individual property. (Please contact us for multiple property discounts or if you are a registered social landlord)
