RCT Homes

Central Heating Installations

In conjunction with RCT Homes we are currently working on the Major Improvement Programme. All of the RCT Homes in the Rhondda area are now being improved to ensure that the central heating installations are efficient and safe. Maintenance of the systems is also vital and we offer a call out service, with scheduled and responsive maintenance for all of our installations during the guarantee period.

Gas Audit

A new aspect of our work with RCT Homes is to carry out Gas Audits on the services being carried out by other contractors. We visit the properties and carry out a visual check on the work that the service engineer carried out and ensure that it is all accurate. Energy Performance Certificates

We are proud to now be offering Energy Performance Certificates (EPC). Energy Performance Certificates are in place to improve the energy efficiency of buildings. Any home that is being bought or sold needs a certificate by law. Even if you a responsible for renting a home you still need an EPC. The certificate provides ratings from A - G with A being the most efficient and G being the least efficient.

We are an accredited producer of EPC's and our certificates are accompanied by a report of suggested improvements to make the building more efficient. Prices starting as low as £50 plus VAT for an individual property. (Please contact us for multiple property discounts or if you are a registered social landlord)
