We are proud to now be offering Energy Performance Certificates (EPC). Energy Performance Certificates are in place to improve the energy efficiency of buildings. Any home that is being bought or sold needs a certificate by law. Even if you a responsible for renting a home you still need an EPC. The certificate provides ratings from A - G with A being the most efficient and G being the least efficient.
We are an accredited producer of EPC's and our certificates are accompanied by a report of suggested improvements to make the building more efficient.
