Bouchard & Jones launched in 2001. The owners Paul Bouchard and Antony Jones started small but with big goals in mind. The vision was to improve housing across South Wales, and in turn help the local economy by keeping the business local. Both directors live within minutes of the head office in Treorchy and consistently aim to plough as much money as possible back into the local community. Sponsoring the local sport team Treherbert RFC, building playgrounds in the local schools and donating to local projects are just a few of the projects that the company is involved with on a local level.

The company has successfully acquired social housing contract across South Wales and are proud to partner with local councils and housing organisations. Bouchard & Jones now employ over 35 people consisting of engineers, surveyors and office support.

2009 shows promising growth and the company anticipate expansion plans will commence by the spring. We will post any recruitment opportunities locally and online, so please keep checking the site for any new opportunities within Bouchard & Jones

Key Personnel

Paul Bouchard

Paul has been a CORGI certified plumber for 28 years and now a Gas Safe plumber. Paul lives in Treherbert with his family and takes great pride in his work and passes this ethos onto the team members.

Antony Jones

Antony has been in the industry for over 10 years, and much the same as Paul lives in Treherbert with his family. Antony loves talking to customers and is always available to give advice and help over the phone

Eileen Jones, Friends of the Animals RCT
"Just wanted to bring to your attention the fantastic job three of your employees did. They are the ones installing the heating system at the Valleys Kids Community Flat in Pen Dinas. I am employed there and I also run an animal rescue called Friends of the Animals RCT where all the staff are unpaid volunteers. Last Friday the guys found an emaciated young dog hiding behind some sulo bins. They shared there lunch with her and then found her a place of safety. I collected her today and I am sure if they hadn't rescued her that day she would not have survived. I write each week in the District News of the Rhondda Leader and will be mentioning the kindness shown by your three employees to a little dog who has now been named Bouch and will also be putting a piece on our web site at www.friendsoftheanimalsrct.org.uk. She is off to the vet tomorrow and I hope with good food and TLC she will make a full recovery."
